Fusion for Energy (F4E), the European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with AMAZEMET, a Polish small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) working in advanced materials and metal additive manufacturing (metal AM). The five-year agreement sets up a framework for the two organizations to exchange information, technical knowledge, and working practices. No funding will move between the parties, and specific technical activities will be defined in separate agreements as the collaboration develops.

The partnership came out of F4E’s Call for Expression of Interest, an initiative intended to build links with private companies and support the growth
